01The brief
Lofi sells sample packs to bedroom producers. The founders wanted something that felt like a record label rather than a software product (loud, physical, printable) without losing the ability to ship a new pack page in an afternoon.
02System
One typeface at three optical sizes, a twelve-column grid with visible rules, and a single acid yellow used as a full-bleed field rather than an accent. Every pack page is the same template with a different photograph and a different two-word title.
The constraint did the work: because the system only allows a handful of moves, the pages are fast to build and hard to make ugly.
03Outcome
Launched with twelve pack pages built by the founders themselves in the first month. Direct traffic tripled against the previous site and the template has since been reused for merch drops.
